On the go, healthy snacks can be pricy and hard to find. We LOVE these no-bake energy balls because they take less than 10 mins to make, taste amazing, are filling, and you can take them anywhere. We hope you enjoy them and they are a helpful addition on your health journey.  These are especially great road trip snacks and even better for a summer snack that doesn’t heat up the oven!


What You’ll Need:

32 pitted dates ½ cup quick oats ¼ cup hemp seeds 2 tablespoons cocoa powder ¼ cup coconut flour

Instructions

  1. Process dates in a food processor until they form a thick paste.
  2. Mix in oats, hemp seeds, cocoa powder and coconut flour. The mixture should form a firm dough.
  3. Roll balls in cocoa. 
  4. Store in an airtight container.
